Welcome to the website of the sourdough bakery "Brotgesang"

My name is Marko Spehar-Piehler, professionally both a baker and an opera singer. On this page, I would like to introduce you to my dream and the journey that brought me here. In the following video, you can get a glimpse of who I am and what moves me, as an opera singer, to step into the world of baking. It has been a path filled with challenges, excitement, deep emotions, and moments of pure joy. Along the way, I encountered people who have greatly enriched my life and continue to do so.

On this page, I have also embedded some texts that have already been published in the media.

Through these texts, you can get to know the baker-singer in more detail. With product images, I want to show you what can be achieved with just flour, water, and a little salt, and what you can expect to find in the "Brotgesang" bakery.
