In the bakery “Brotgesang,” there will be various types of sourdough bread. These include the rustic German rye bread, French-style wheat sourdough bread made with rye sourdough, Italian country bread made with durum wheat grown in Baden-Württemberg, as well as French brioche, and Italian panettone and pandoro. All products will be made exclusively with different types of sourdough and through natural fermentation, with the raw materials, particularly the flours, sourced exclusively from grains grown in Baden-Württemberg.
